Spyware & Adware removal free software?

Other than super antispyware & spybot, does anyone know of a good spyware and adware program that is free? I have found a lot of them will scan the system but you then have to pay to remove the spyware. The best way to remove spyware is to get expert help. I had a recent job dealing specifically with spyware. Some of it can get really complex and certain bugs require specially designed programs and extensive knowledge. Here’s the best way to get rid of all spyware on your comp, some you may not even know about.
All you have to do is download Hijackthis, run it (takes 30 seconds), and post the log that it gives you. Then a group of computer nerds take a look at it and give you easy advice on how to fix everything.
It might take them a day or two to reply, but it’s definitely worth it since they can see and fix every problem. The site is visit this thread for directions on posting a topic for help (skip to step 5 and just download hijackthis)

If you have a genuine copy of windows, download and use Windows Defender. If not, use Spyware Terminator. Both have periodical updates and real time protection features and are free. I recommend to use Ewido as well. This is a shareware. After trial period, the real time protection is disabled. But you can update the database and do periodical scans. Ewido is a very effective anti trojan/ anti spyware.

You will like these. However, remember that no antimalware is 100% foolproof. You have to run atleast 2 antimalware to be 95% assured that your computer is safe. Each antimalware detects something the others dont.
