You can download spy ware removers like spyware termnator etc but you shoul go for a trial version of AVG Antispyware from

Try Panda Internet Security 2008. Its not free but U can use the trial version and erase the viruses or spyware

I have also been infected heaps of times, isn’t the net wonderful
anyway, here is what i would try:
step 1. back up your really important files to a flash drive or even an external hard drive. Sometimes removing spyware/viruses will mean the computer wont boot anyway.
step 2. use the free eset online virus scanner. available at
If you are using vista, you have to run Internet explorer in admin mode. right click the ‘Internet explorer’ icon, and say run as administrator. Then you can use the eset scanner.
step 3. for spyware i would use ’spyware doctor’ from the free google pack, available at the google website. just click ‘more’—> then ‘more’.
