Sometimes removing spyware/viruses will mean the computer wont boot anyway. :( step 2. use the free eset online virus scanner. available at If you are using vista, you have to run Internet explorer in admin mode. right click the 'Internet explorer' icon, and say run as administrator. Then you can use the eset scanner. step 3. for spyware i would use 'spyware doctor' from the free google pack, available at the google website. just click 'more'---> then 'more'. good luck ! hi - bad news :(
