Great question. I hope it will help a lot of people. It’s important that you understand the difference between viruses, trojans, adware, spyware, keyloggers, worms, varients, etc. Because of the fact that they are each composed in many ways, there is no “one program fixes all.” For viruses, you’ll need an Antivirus Program. The top two are of course “Norton Symantec” and “McAfee.” Both can be quite expensive as they are only good for a year and must then be purchased again, unlike “Avg” which is also a very good Antivirus Program and it’s Free. The top 5 programs that can be found today are all free to the public and each of them do a great job in removing those aggrivating Scripts and Malicious Programs and they’re all very easy to find and work with. For trojans and their varients, I recommend “Spybot Search & Destroy”. For keyloggers I’d recommend “Personal Antispy” which is also free, but only good for a ten day trial period, plenty long enough to clean up your computer. For those aggrivating BHO objects (Browser Hijackers) you can use “HiJack This” which is also free. After you’ve had a chance to clean up all of the problems on your machine, last but not least, download “SpywareBlaster” which has the ability to keep most malicious scripts from ever getting into your computer in the first place, and it too is free. All of these programs can be found almost instantly by using Google Search. If I can help with any particular problems that you’re having, hit me on and i’ll be happy to work with you, one on one until your problems are solved. Thanks for the great question, Larry
