Error Cleaner, Privacy Protector, and a Spyware are on my computer how do I get rid of them?

Error Cleaner, Privacy Protector, and a Spyware are on my computer and also it has disabled from me to access, task manger,control manager, my doc,my pic, my computer. Everything, and whne I try to reboot my computer (restar my computer with the disk that I bought to clear everything) it says my disk drive to small to recover. Any help like links or anything.

   Download and run Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware from to remove privaxy protector, error cleaner and spyware from computer.
