Another option is to get on another computer, and download some of the tools, such as smitfraudfix, which I have video tutorials on how to use at: - put those tools on a usb drive, boot to safe mode, and use them.
another option would be to create a new user account and see if you have internet access there, then use that to download tools to help you recover your data.
another option is to format. there are several ways to do that. if you have the disk, you can do a destructive system recovery, or if you have a recovery partiiton you can reboot with F8 into the recovery console and do it that way.
another option is to use a bootable OS, like Knoppix STD and clean the hard drive from there.

you don’t need to be connected to the internet to run your spy ware
and virus programs. the spy ware and virus’s are already on your computer, just close all your running programs and windows and
run your maintenance programs. set all your security programs
to do their scans during the hours your not on the comp. don’t turn it off just put it in sleep mode. if you shut the comp. down it can’t run

Having a Computer virus isn’t the end of the world. If you get a virus and have a virus programs on another system. If you do go to another system, I’d suggest using a CD or DVD and burn it on there. That way there is no chance of transferring the virus off the system.
Once you download the necessary software, you can go to the system and find out what might be caused your internet to stop working. Although most viruses and worms don’t want to stop the internet but it might of interfered with your system resources. I would use programs like:
Hijackthis
Smitfraudfix
Malware Bytes
GOOGLE — To find out how to disinfect the virus.
Would should also recommend getting a firewall and anti-virus software installed on that system. I don’t like windows default firewall, it seems to not do as good of a job.

go to another computer, download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware & Avira AntiVir, put both programmes on a USB, put the USB in your computer, download both programmes, run the scans… your done!
I got attacked by Trojans, Malware and other viruses the other day and im using these two good programmes, and all my viruses are gradually going away.
