go to another computer, download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware & Avira AntiVir, put both programmes on a USB, put the USB in your computer, download both programmes, run the scans… your done!

I got attacked by Trojans, Malware and other viruses the other day and im using these two good programmes, and all my viruses are gradually going away.

Another option is to get on another computer, and download some of the tools, such as smitfraudfix, which I have video tutorials on how to use at: - put those tools on a usb drive, boot to safe mode, and use them.

another option would be to create a new user account and see if you have internet access there, then use that to download tools to help you recover your data.

another option is to format. there are several ways to do that. if you have the disk, you can do a destructive system recovery, or if you have a recovery partiiton you can reboot with F8 into the recovery console and do it that way.

another option is to use a bootable OS, like Knoppix STD and clean the hard drive from there.
