Download, install and update the definitions then run em all, I may have gone a tad overboard, the only programs you will probably need to search for keyloggers of any sort are Spybot and A squared but the others do a good job keeping the nasties out or getting rid of them.

Also, keep your Virus definitions up to date as well.

There are a couple of ways to discover if spyware is running. Press ctrl-alt-del. To see what programs are running when your computer is idle. If there is an unknown program running all the time. It could be an indication of spyware. Next, if there is a delay when you are typing on your computer could also be indication. However, the best way to find out if spyware is there is to use a super aggressive antispyware program. If will pull up anything remotely running in the background. im guessing your using a PC, not a mac, you poor thing!! anyways, download Windows Defender from microsoft.com (free) and run a virus scan, then choose to delete all the viruses (and spyware) that was found by the scan. Please vote thanks

Or another program that works well is
AVG antispyware.
If you google either of those names you will find them. They are free and work very well.
