You can remove it manually, but you’ll have to know its name, and its registry value. Here’s what to do.

1. Open registry editor. (Start—>Run—>type regeidt)

2. Click “Edit”, then “Find”.

3. Type in the value name of the spyware.

4. Right-click the value name, then click “Delete”.

5. Exit registry editor, and open task manager. (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)

6. Open “Processes” tab.

7. Check for and end any process names related to the spyware.

8. Disable system restore. (Start—>Right-click “My Computer”—->Properties—>System Restore tab—>Disable

9. Re-enable system restore.

10. Delete any copies of the registry and restore points.

11. Restart your computer.
