Hi,
Yahoo Toolbar comes with a Pop up Blocker. Get it from here
And Windows XP with Service Pack 2 Installed comes with a Built in Popup Blocker, check ur windows version and service pack.

Firstly, I hope you are not using internet explorer. Download mozilla firefox and install the extension ABP pop up blocker. It should be ok then.

its more than likely that you have malware on you system - and it sucks - i would bet its spylocked that you have so here is a site to help you! i used for so many of my friends and it works well. also when your done get avg 7.5 from and you won’t have problems like this again.

You are talking about two different things. Spyware is bits and bots that get into your computer every time you log into the internet. Popup ads are the annoying things that flash in your face when you are on the internet. Google’s popup blocker along with Internet Explorer’s Popup blocker will stop most, if not all of those.
Anti-spyware like SpyBot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware will find and help you remove the spyware. It takes both of them, as spyware comes in all kinds of guises. Both of these are free from download.com
