Where can I find free and useful spyware software?

I get a bunch of junk of pc i delete it but i keeps coming back it has things i did not download. I need spyware software. I have Windows Vista so what can you all recomend?

    google offers ( spy doctor ) free as far as i know
    AVG offers another one free

    Ad-Aware and Spybot-S&D are both free and very good.

    If you get stuck, the folks over at techsupportforum are very helpful:

    They use a program called HijackThis to diagnose your problems, then tell you how to fix them. Make sure you read the sticky topics before asking for help. You can grab a copy of HijackThis here:

    well you could look on and i used to get things like that popping up on my desktop too until i got
    AVG free spybot s&d and ashampoo win optimizer one thing i would do is make sure you beef up your Internet and browser security in my experience those things can take down entire operating systems if your not careful.

    I recommend SuperAntiSpyware,that’s what I’m using now and it works wonders,and it’s completely free!
