Whats the best combination of anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-malware and anti-smitfraud software for complete protection out there?

I want to start war against all kinds of malware and hackers by directly going to them (especially their websites), but I need to be prepared.

Currently I am using Ad-Aware Pro, Spybot, AVG, Windows Defender, Zone Alarm firewall and Norton AV. What else should I add or perhaps remove?

Somehow my computer got a spyware protector 2008 and I can not get rid of it. I tried to transfer and use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, but recomencé my computer when the program was still there. How do I get rid of him once and for all?
