Do I have to run spyware on all Windows Vista user accounts?

I use Windows Vista. I have three user accounts (one for me, one for my wife, and one for my kids). When I run a spyware program or anti-virus program, can I just run it on my account (which has administrative access) or do I have to run it on all accounts?
