What anti-spyware will not clog your system?

I’m searching for an anti-spyware that have real time guard/scanning but wont use up too much computer resources. I used to have “spyware doctor” but it slows down my computer a lot. Right now i’m using free avg anti spyware and ad-aware but they both dont have real time scanning. I’ve already found a solution for anti-virus; currently using NOD32 which is way lighter than mcafee or norton; but i’m still searching for similarly light anti-spyware.
